Privacy Policy
Elwaha Academy ("Elwaha", "we") is run by Eng. Mahmoud Helal. This policy explains what we collect when you use elwaha.info and the Elwaha Planning Tool, why, and what control you have.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, we store only a one-way encrypted hash of it, never the password itself.
- Sign in with Google (optional): your name, email address and Google account ID. We never receive your Google password.
- Profile details you choose to add: phone number, job title and company.
- Learning activity: courses you join, lessons you complete, exam attempts and scores, and questions you save to Kill Mistake.
- Requests you send us: the enrollment and purchase forms record your name, phone or email, the course and the date.
- Accounts moved from our previous site: students of www.elwaha.net had their name, email, exam scores and saved questions transferred here so they keep their history.
We do not collect payment card numbers, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, keep you signed in and sync your progress across devices.
- To give you access to the courses you joined and to show your results.
- To reply to enrollment, purchase and support requests, including by email or WhatsApp.
- To send account emails such as password reset links.
- To keep the site secure and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
3. Cookies and browser storage
- One session cookie keeps you signed in. It is marked secure and cannot be read by scripts.
- Browser storage remembers your language, light or dark theme and a local copy of your progress.
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Course videos are embedded from YouTube or Vimeo, which may set their own cookies when you play a video.
4. Who else handles data
- Hostinger hosts the website and its database.
- Google, only if you choose Sign in with Google.
- Payment providers such as Stripe, Paymob or Fawry, only if you pay through their link. They handle your card details under their own policies.
- WhatsApp, only when you choose to contact us there.
5. The Elwaha Planning Tool
- The tool runs inside Microsoft Excel on your computer. Your schedules, XER files and Primavera P6 databases are processed on your own machine and are not uploaded to us.
- The tool checks files.elwaha.net for updates and downloads new versions from there.
- Optional AI features send the data you select to the AI provider you configure with your own API key, under that provider's terms. Nothing is sent unless you use those features.
6. How long we keep data
We keep your account and learning history while your account is active. Enrollment and purchase requests are kept for our records. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
7. Your choices and rights
- See and edit your profile anytime under My Courses → My details.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account.
- Stop using Sign in with Google at any time from your Google account settings.
8. Security
Connections to the site are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, repeated wrong logins are temporarily blocked, and the database is kept outside the public web folder. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.
9. Children
Our courses are for working professionals and students aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be announced on the site.
Terms of Service
By creating an account, joining a course, using an exam simulator or downloading the Elwaha Planning Tool, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password private.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or let others take exams under it.
- We may suspend accounts that are shared, used to copy content, or used to attack the site.
2. Course and exam content
- Videos, notes, files, practice questions, explanations and translations are the property of Elwaha Academy.
- You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or share them, in whole or in part.
- Access lasts for the period shown on each course page.
3. Certifications and trademarks
AACE, PSP and CCP are trademarks of AACE International. PMI, PMP and PMI-SP are marks of the Project Management Institute. LEED is a trademark of the U.S. Green Building Council. Primavera P6 is a trademark of Oracle. Microsoft Excel and Power BI are trademarks of Microsoft. Elwaha Academy is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these organizations. Our practice questions are for preparation and are not official exam questions.
4. No guarantee of results
We work hard to prepare you well, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any certification exam or reach a specific career result.
5. The Elwaha Planning Tool
- The tool helps planners work with Excel and Primavera P6. Its results, including schedules, analyses and exported XER files, must be reviewed by a qualified planner before use on a real project.
- Always keep a backup of your P6 database and files before using tools that write to them.
- The tool is provided "as is". Elwaha is not liable for project losses, delays, claims or data loss arising from its use.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the tool. Licence length and the number of devices are as stated when you receive or buy your licence.
6. Payments
Prices are shown on each course page. Paid access is activated after your payment is confirmed. Refunds follow the Refund Policy below.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Elwaha's total liability for any claim related to the site, courses or tool is limited to the amount you paid us for the item concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Refund Policy
- Free courses and free downloads have nothing to refund.
- Paid courses: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of activation, as long as you have opened no more than 25% of the lessons and have not downloaded the course files.
- Paid exam simulators and question banks: refundable within 7 days of activation if you have not completed a full-length exam.
- Planning Tool licences: refundable within 7 days if the tool cannot run on your computer and our support cannot fix it.
- Not refundable: requests after 7 days, accounts suspended for sharing or copying content, and company or bulk licences unless agreed in writing.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +966 59 596 0137 with the email on your account, the course or licence, and your payment receipt. We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days, and access to the refunded item ends.
